Recently i read a piece by George Ibenegbu on what is Cultism and its effects, He stated that
One of an essential problems which are facing by Nigeria is cultism and as he said "Cultism in Nigeria has been a long-stand enemy that provided negative impacts on people."
Why are Nigerian Youths still adherent to Cultism?
Cultism is the membership and operation of secret cults. It is
involvement in cult activities. Secret cult is an extreme group where
the members behave in ways that are not acceptable by society.
Cultism runs counter to the principles and practices of Nigerian Society and the effects of cultism are felt at the individual, family,
societal, school, national, and international levels.
